How Much is The Shipping?

Lits Bag Store offers Free Shipping in many areas.

The shipping is currently FREE to most countries.

We ships internationally!  Shipping prices may vary based on size and location.  You will be able to see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart, after you enter the shipping address, at checkout.  Taxes and duties do not apply.

Please Note: Our larger products are considered oversize by many carriers, and additional fees may incur.

Do you ship internationally?

Yeah, no problem! we can ship to your country. We can ship single item or large orders to WORLDWIDE .

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 days of purchase. When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email you provided during checkout.

If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us.

If your order hasn’t shipped throughout the regular time frame, please reach out to us! We’ll resolve it asap.

How long will it take to get my package?

In transit times will vary depending on location and the carrier method selected. You can expect delivery between 6-20 working days.
DHL delivery between 6-14 working days.
USPS First Class Mail International usually takes much longer and in some instances over 25+ days.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently support three payment methods, which are Credit card payment (Visa or Matercard Or Jcb).For customers who are using a credit card for the purchase we have set up SSL certificate for the security of their personal details and credit card information.

Is buying online safe?

Please be assured about the security of your personal information. We use secured payment gateways. All the information will be encrypted by our system automatically. Also note our website is SSL certified during your check out process.

What If I Want To Order A Lot More? Can you Give Me A Good Quotation?

Of course, we can get you better prices for large volume orders.
If you are interested in a quote for a large quantity of items, please contact us with the following details:
– The products you want
– The exact desired order quantity
– Your desired time frame
– Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes

Orders

How do I track my order?

Please send us an email with your order number and we shall help you with the tracking details. Which include the tracking number and the service used to send your items. (Eg. DHL or EMS)

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from our site. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register for a account in order to place an order. You can use the ‘Guest Checkout’ as a casual user.

If you’d like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience.

Alternatively, you can select the guest checkout option which doesn’t require you to create an account.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 2 days to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.

To cancel your merchandise, please email:  sale@litbags.com and label the subject line:  CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.

CHANGE MY ORDER

You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact sale@litsbag.com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.  We will confirm your changes have been made.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here’s how:

  1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to sale@litsbag.comPlease include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
  3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
  4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.
